Movie Review on Disney Pixar's "The Good Dinosaur"

Remarkably beautiful, emotional and a heart-touching film.

Pixar's 'The Good Dinosaur' is one of the most spectacular animated films I've ever seen. The landscapes shown in the film are breathtaking and some scenes are realistic enough to be a Planet Earth episode. The backgrounds and all the lanscapes shown are insanely realistic. Each frame is extraordinarily detailed as we can  see every small detail clearly. The 3D effects are good but not upto my expectations.
A lanscape still from the movie.

'The Good Dinosaur' is set in an alternate timeline in which the asteroid that destroyed the dinosaurs missed Earth, this movie introduces the world that's still ruled by giant reptiles. The most shocking as well as funny thing in the movie is that dinosaurs are behaving like humans as they were talking, farming etc... whereas  the humans are like animals who don't talk, they walk using feet and hands both, they prey and they are called critters.
A still of a human child from the movie.

As far as characters are concerned they are not as deep as in previous Pixar movies, but they are still cute and intresting. Arlo (dinosaur) and Spot (human) looks cute together. We suprisingly will start caring for Arlo from the beginning. Many of the side characters are pretty intresting as well, and seem like perhaps they should have gotten more screen time.
About "Arlo- A little Dinosaur"

If you are looking for another Inside Out, Wall-E, UP, or Toy Story, than you will be disappointed. However, you will have an enjoyable experience at theatre. The plot doesn't run very deep perhaps follows traditional movie making but this doesn't stopped me from enjoying this movie. There are multiple scenes in this movie where I was nearly moved to tears.

I'll give it 7/10, especially for its mindblowing animation and also for the emotional touch in the movie that will make you smile as well cry at the same time. Negetive reviewers were probably expecting Best Picture nominee kind of film. This is not that film but it is quite a good one nonetheless.
Another beautiful still from the movie.

Movie Review on Imtiaz Ali's "TAMASHA"

Awesome movie!!! Will be loved by those who don't love bollywood typical movies.

'Tamasha' is an irregular love story with great drama, as well. As it was said it's daringly different and leaves a solid mark. The way Imtiaz Ali presents the story in the form of musical narrative and the manner in which lead protagonists, Ranbir and Deepika mark their presence is truly commendable. I was engrossed by the world of "Tamasha".

My favourite still from the movie.

'Tamasha' showcases undeniable talents of Ranbir and Deepika. Ranbir kapoor was brilliant in his act. He displays all the emotions, without missing a single beat. This is his best and undoubtfully an award-worthy performance in years. Deepika supports Ranbir wonderfully. She acted brilliantly as always. And an onscreen chemistry between the two, is simply wow! Imtiaz's direction and screenplay is top notch. Despite of few shaky moments, writing picks up tremendously. Cinematography is extraordinary. And, all the locations are captured brilliantly. Editing is finely done, although the first hour could have been tighter. A.R Rehman's score is wonderful, and you'll definetely fall in love with the soundtrack if you have not already.
An another awesome still from the movie.

'Tamasha' has shaky beginning and  intial 20 minutes are awkward. Also the narrative is non-linear & not all will be able to adapt and absorb  the preceedings properly. It will test your patience oftenly. But, once you get attached with the story and its characters, you will find yourself in the movie and you'll definetly gonna love every bit of it. You might get few clichès, and there are few complex scenes in this movie, but on a different note there are many scenes and sequences which might stay with you for a long time.

Well, I'am not very shocked seeing negetive or mixed reviews on such an extravagent cinema, as it mostly happens with many such movies nowadays.

On the whole, 'Tamasha' is about finding yourself. It's about making your dream your life. I'll give it 7/10 after considering some public's and critic's opinions, but if asked personally I'll undoubtly rate it 9/10, as it's a heavy film, but a deeply affecting one. Strongly recommended.
"Fenka naya paasa
Phir de gayi jhansa
Aivein mujhe phansa
Teri aisi ki ho taisi zindagi" ;)
(This still makes me remember this amazing phrase from the most amazing song of this film "Matarghasti")

Movie Review on Sam Mendes's "SPECTRE"

"SPECTRE"- A thrilling bond spectacle. Spectacular, but occasionally flawed.

Casino Royale and Skyfall are my two favourite Bond movies. Following the magnificent Skyfall, Spectre had some huge expectations to fill, and for the most part, it delivers exactly what you'd want. It has every element that a bond fan will love to see in the movie. It's almost a classic for the bond series. Lacks of a strong storyline and plot was not as twisted as it should be. And the movie was somewhat predictable.

Spectre solves the mysteries of the previous Bond movies in a good-way and it establishes Daniel Craig  forever as a completely different Bond. Bond girl Léa Seydoux did really well. Romantic chemistry between Mr. Bond and and Ms. Swan is quite intresting. Casting in the movie is at its best. Christopher Waltz and Dave Bautista are the two most perfect actors to play villians ever. Director Sam Mendes did a wonderful job again after Skyfall. The film was long but pacing was good. It's always changing places from one stunning location to another.
Star cast of the movie.

Spectre is not a masterpiece many people seem to have expected but there is lot to enjoy here. It's a solid film with insane action sequences, fantastic cast, enjoyable humor, great set-pieces, breathtaking cars and incredible locations. It's less boring as compared to previous Bond movies. You will definetely enjoy the movie and all its action sequences.
An action still from the movie.

According to me, Spectre was not perfect. But it surpasses skyfall in some terms but failed to match the class of Casino Royale. I'd rate it 8 stars out of 10. Spectre was just another chapter in the immense story of everbody's favourite spy 'Bond'- "James Bond".

Movie Review on Ridley Scott's "THE MARTIAN"

"The Martian" is a ultimate tale of survival with science, stunning visuals, humor and above all Matt Damon. It's an incredibly smart and entertaining twist on space exploration movie as we know it.

Yet another space exploration movie? After the hits like 2013's Gravity and last year's Interstellar(which is my all time favourite) what's new that this movie will offer? This movie is way different and surprisingly, significantly better and more entertaining than those films. The one thing which lifts this movie higher, makes it more entertaining and different from those movies is 'humor'.

Matt Damon was hilarious as he plays Mark Watney in the movie, who is a part of manned mission to mars and during emergency evacuation he fails to make it to the space shuttle. Everyone thought he died but ofcourse, he wakes up covered in mars dust, alone on the planet. This plot would generally lead to boring and depressing drama. Instead The Martian is a hilarious black comedy. Matt Damon gave Oscar-Worthy performance. Jeff Danials was a delight. All the supporting cast, everyone involved, did a great work as well.

A brilliant quote from the movie.

The quotes in the movie are just hilarious and some are brilliant. The visual effects are stunning. The landscape of mars is absolutely breathtaking. The 3D effects are also quite good. The Martian is adopted by a novel by same name by Andy Weir. And all the credits for science and humar goes to him only. The direction by well-known director Ridley Scott is impressive in every way as he adapted the film brilliantly. He didn't missed or changed anything. He narrated the story beautifully. Many times it felt like it's an exceptionally made biopic, and I belived that Mark Watney was real and was actually staranded on mars.

The Martian scores full and matches the standard of Christopher Nolan's mind-boggling Interstellar but fails in terms of emotions and amazement but its better than Gravity in everyway.

As far as rating is concerned i will give it 9/10.  It's a very funny movie with big sci-fi spectacle, thrilling visuals and also a couple of life lessons. What more could you possibly ask for? I loved this film and I will go as far as to say that this is my film of the year so far. Its definetly a must watch for all. Don't miss this movie.

"FEAR" isn't an option.
(A quote from the movie or we can even say it as a life lesson.)

Movie Review on Abbas-Mustan's "KIS KISKO PYAAR KAROON"

Kis kisko pyaar karoon is a laugh riot with an emotional climax.

The film marks a debut of comedy king kapil sharma. The story is entertaining and gives a lot of scope for comedy but still it is a predictable movie. Abbas-Mustan, the director duo first time tried their hands on a full-fledged comedy flick and made it as one of the best comedy film of 2015. This is exactly what you will expect from kapil's first movie. The rib-tickling dialogues are the best thing about the movie.

Kapil sharma is totally in his element. He wows with his performance, comic timing, and thus brings a smile. He has made a good debut. All the actresses in movie acts well whereas Eli Avram also adds a glam value to the film. Arbaaz khan did a small yet impressive and funny act. Varun sharma does what he is famous for. The movie is well directed and editing is sharp. Another good thing in the movie which take this movie higher is its believable yet emotional climax.

Though many will compare kapil's performance and his movie with his TV show but one must understand that this is a film and it shouldn't be compared. Its a decent and funny movie but feels like you are watching a TV serial.

I will rate this movie 7/10. Watch it for kapil sharma and if you like situational comedy. This movie will not disappoint you. Watch it for sure.

Movie Review on Baltasar Kormakur's "EVEREST"

Majestic!!! Everest is an inspiring movie and as spellbinding as Mount Everest itself. Great theatre experience.

Baltasar kormakur's disaster movie 'Everest' is a physical experience that will leave you breathless and possibly suffering vertigo. Just the fact that Everest is the world's highest peek requires us to respect it from afar. This movie has accomplished it as it respects the story, it respects the nature and it respects the memories of lives lost during 1996 tragic expedition. I thought it to be an action film, but it feels like an documentry and that's good.

Everest has chalk full of star power- Jason clarke, Josh brolin, Keira knightley, Jake gyllenhaal, Sam worthington, the list goes on. Everyone is believable in this hostile environment. And everyone really did well. Each character is given a back story, you will get attached to most of them but not all of them.

Everest movie's star cast

The visuals are, as you might have guessed, stunning and eye-popping. The visual techniques will make you feel that camera actually went up there at 29,029 feet. In this movie camera appears to glide just above the highest ridge of Everest, the snow storm and ice feels just as terrifying and mysterious as the vast outer space itself. Cinematography in the movie is award worthy.

At times, the pace is bit slower than expected and the tones shifted from serious to light hearted. But that will not bother you as you will just be wrapped in the intensity of the story and visuals.

Everest movie does make me wonder why anyone would want to climb mount everest by challenging nature, but it's basically the same as asking ourselves why we do certain things, why we choose to attempt to conquer certain goals, whatever they may be whether its the need to inspire or be inspired, whether its trying to escape our problems, whether its the love to climb, Everest goes to show that it could be both prideful and humbling.
A still from the movie.

Overall this film really did it for me because I have always been fascinated by Mount Everest and Mountaineering. Everest gave me exactly what I wanted. It was intense, emotionally powerful, and visually beautiful. As far as rating is concerned, I'm giving it 8.5/10. Definetly worth a trip to theatre.

Rarely any movie inspires me but this one did. It has many quotes that left their mark on me. Soon I will look forward for mountaineering and even for Everest. ;)
We should never let go of something that really matters a lot in our life.

Movie Review on Sriram Raghvan's "BADLAPUR"

It feels really good when a movie matches your expectations and surprises you by its unusual climax.

Badlapur is a complete revenge thriller with a simple story. We have already watched many revenge stories earlier like Gajni, Force etc..so why watch this? Its definitely different from those movies which came earlier. As this movie is more practical and realistic than those movies. Sriram raghavan did a brilliant direction and creates this movie as a masterpiece in the genre of revenge drama.

Its a story of Raghu(Varun) whose wife(Yami) and son got killed by two thieves(Nawazuddin and vinay pathak). He wants to take his revenge but gets his chance after 15 years. So, its storyline is simple. But the thing which makes it special is its Screenplay. As it makes this movie unpredictable and gripping and it never lets you down till the end. The movie is so engaging that you don't even want to blink. Although it is a revenge drama with the full dose of thrills but also offers you the quirky comedy which certainly makes you laugh at most places.

I must admit that this movie is brilliantly casted as the whole cast gave a powerful  performances. Varun dhawan did a great job and gave the best performance of his career. Nawazuddin siddique lifts this movie higher as he played his role brilliantly and steals the show. He is like a biggest jewel of the crown in this movie. Rest of the cast did great too.

There are some things which some people may don't like in this movie. As there are lots of violent and sexually vulgar scenes in the movie. The plot of the movie could have been better and more touching. And there are also some questions left unanswered in this movie.

As a conclusion i personally admired the work of sriram raghavan. I count this movie as one of the finest movies of our time because of its surprising and unpredictable end. As in the end it has a message for people who thinks revenge is the best way of justice. The special and surprising thing in this movie is that in the end the hero will not be a hero and villain will not be a villain. :p

I'll give this movie 8.5/10. Its definitely a must watch for all as this movie will definitely leave its mark on you.

DON'T MISS THE BEGINNING AS WELL AS ITS END... :)

Movie Review on James Wan's "FURIOUS 7"

One last ride. This one's for Paul Walker.

There are some movies whom you wants to see again and again coz u just loved every bit of it. Furious 7 is one of them. I watched first day, first show of this movie. It started with a bang and ended with a bang, and in a way that it would have crumbled even the hearts of steel. Furious 7 has everything that one might expect from this franchise's last movie. There are awe-inspiring stunts, fantastic humor, electrifying dialogues, and a menacing addition- Jason Statham.

The script is perfectly done, while the action sequences leave you stunned and spell bound. James wan direction is high octane. As he took this movie to a whole another level in the terms of action. Chris Morgan's screenplay is fast-paced. Cinematography captures all the maddening action, perfectly. Editing in the movie is razor-sharp. Musical score is just awesome and fast-paced and it adds an extra thrill to the action sequences.

The late/great Paul Walker is the emotional strength of Furious 7. He gives this film immense power through his presence. A beautiful and emotional tribute is given to him in the final moments of the film that will definitely make you cry(if u have watched the whole series and u r a fan of Paul walker). Vin Diesel gave a tough and powerful performance, as ever. Dwayne Johnson surprisingly is reduced into the cameo here. But he was brilliant. Mitchell Rodriguez was efficient and did well. Tyrese Gibson and ludicrous brings the house down as both were hilarious and awesome. Jason Statham as an antagonist plays it straight. Ali fazal leaves a mark and did a great job. Rest of the cast also did really well.

As a conclusion I personally loved every bit of this movie. It delivers all fronts that we expect from a blockbuster, it has impressive visuals, action-packed scenarios, well executed humor, thrills and drama. Undoubtedly the whole film is awesome but towards the end the film began to feel unnaturally forced but at last it ends well. Its an emotional and visual roller-coaster ride that one should not miss.

I'll give this unforgettable movie 9/10. This is the most enthralling and thrilling furious movie to date. It will live on in fans heart forever. Do what ever you want to do, but don't miss this one. For Paul... May your soul rest in peace.

Movie Review on Robert Schwentke's "INSURGENT: THE DIVERGENT SERIES"

"Insurgent: The Divergent Series" maintains the quality of "Divergent" and establishes an impressive identity of its own.

Insurgent is an impressive sequel to the Divergent series. It has action, romance, emotions, great plot, mind blowing special effects and powerful performances by the cast. What more could you want?  There is depth and complexity in this movie which can only be understood if you have watched Divergent or read Veronica Roth's trilogy. The action is heightened in this second installment and so is the emotions.

Shailene woodley is truly admirable. She perfectly portrayed the role of Tris. She makes the her character look real and feel real. She has improved a lot since the last film. Theo does an amazing job as Four. Miles was hilarious as he brings the comedy element in the film. Ansel played the role of weak and coward Caleb really well. So the acting in this movie is amazing and it lifts this movie higher.

I have heard many were saying that the book is much better than this film as the plot is bit changed and many new things are added. But I believe that the way they changed it makes this movie more interesting, and if they had been stuck to the original reason why Jeanine is hunting Divergents, as a film it would have been quite boring. So, change in this movie is only for good.

As a conclusion I personally liked this movie a lot. I have been waiting for this film since I have watched its prequel and its worth it. And after watching this movie, the divergent series became one of my favorite series ever. The 3D effects are quite good. Special effects are just mind blowing. The story is fast paced and thrilling. Some scenes are just shocking and breathtaking. The ending of this movie is to die for. Although the movie is good but some may find it boring as its theme is complex, and it could not connect with everyone.

I'll give this movie 7/10. This movie  gives a powerful message of forgiveness of others as well as yourself. This movie is definitely a must watch but only after watching its prequel. Hope you all will like this movie as much as I did. Can't wait for Allegiant part 1.

Movie Review on Neill Blomkamp's "CHAPPIE"

Entertaining, clever, funny, and emotionally moving...

Chappie is a clever, entertaining, and surprisingly sentimental movie. Its a story of a robot named chappie who is being raised by gangsters. Storyline is superb. Dialogues are awesome too. The director of Elysium and district 9 does not disappoint. He brilliantly directed this movie.

The movie introduces pretty cool concepts which are literally awesome if applied in the real world. The VFX are phenomenal. Dev Patel is well casted, he gave full justice to his role as Deon, an inventor. Hugh Jackman as a villain is pretty hilarious and did a great job as always. Everything in the movie seems 100% realistic and that's the thing which lifts this movie higher.

Although the movie is awesome but it also have some drawbacks as the storyline is convincing but could have been better. The concepts introduced in this movie are phenomenal and could have been used well in the movie.

As a conclusion I personally loved this movie owing to its direction, realistic locations and its concept. You will leave this movie feeling like you have become friends with chappie, its a robot but you will definitely fall in love with its  innocence and its child-like behavior.

I'll give this movie 7/10. If you liked neill blomkamp's previous films, you will definitely love this movie. Meanwhile I totally look forward to its sequel.

Movie Review on Matthew Vaughn's "KINGSMAN- THE SECRET SERVICE"

Absolutely mind-blowing, fast-paced and a hilarious movie with loads of humor...

After a long time finally a movie which made me laugh out loud. Its a fantastic action movie with an amazing cast. Everything seemed perfect in the movie by which I mean it played exactly as per my taste. Director of Kickass and X-men first class, Mathew Vaughn does not disappoint.

Kingsman is like the funny and hilarious James bond. The key ingredients of the movie which makes it awesome are its fantastic cast as they did a splendid job. And its hilarious dialogues which lifts this movie higher. The action sequences are just flawless and mind blowing.

Although the movie is mind blowing but it also have some drawbacks as it lacks a good storyline, but its convincing. The storyline is bit like men in black but without aliens. There are some moments in the movie which literally gave me chills. I must admit that the last 30 minutes of the movie are craziest that I have ever seen in an action film and believe me I have watched many action movies.

As a conclusion I personally loved the movie and enjoyed every bit of it. Its full of humor, as l laughed a lot. Some scenes are just mind blowing. This film might not be very realistic but I thought this was one of the best action comedies that I have ever seen in a long time.

I'll give this hilarious movie 8.5/10.
Its a highly recommended movie for all. I can guarantee that you will have a entertaining and awesome time with this film. And its ain't like those serious spy movies, its way different from them and its f**king awesome :p

Movie Review on Vikramjit Singh's "ROY"

A twisted tale which may leave you disappointed...

High expectations always leads to the disappointment and Roy should have to go through it only. Roy's  trailer and promos reflected that there will be some good mystery and thrills in the movie which made us think that the movie will be intresting and it incresed our expectations towards it. But it turns out to be confusing and twisting till the end which may disappoint you.

Debutant director Vikramjit singh made his debut with the film which is slow-paced and long. But I must admit that he took a huge risk as well as a brave step by making this movie. Storytelling in the movie needs to be polished in order to make movie intresting. Cinematography is amazing in the movie and I just loved the locations which are used in the movie. But screenplay and editing was not good as scenes throughout the movie are shot to create mystery and thrills but ends up making us confused and bored.

Arjun rampal did well and gave full justice to his role. Jacqueline was a delight to watch as she gave her best. And the superstar Ranbir kapoor who did an extended cameo also did great but many may don't like him in this role as he maintained the same serious expressions throughout the movie and we are not very fond of watching him in serious and mysterious roles.

As a conclusion I personally liked the movie and respect the director for taking huge risk and also for introducing this new concept of filmmaking in bollywood. But I also got somewhat disappointed which I  think only bcoz of my high expectations :p. Songs are just awesome and I just loved them.

I'll give this movie 6/10. Watch this movie only if you have patence and you like thrillers.

Movie Review on R Balki's "SHAMITABH"

It's sh-AMITABH!!!

First and the most important thing that makes shamitabh a must watch is its new storyline. Second great thing about shamitabh is the performances of Dhanush and Amitabh. R balki has also done a great job as a writer and a director.

Dhanush just nailed it again and manages to get noticed even when he  shares screen with Indian cinematic legend Amitabh Bachan. Amitabh Bachan was great as always. Akshara did a decent yet powerful debut.

Shamitabh also has some drawbacks. As its 2nd half was bit slow and may boor you. The songs in the movie are just useless. And the length of the movie is too long.

I'll give this movie 7/10. You may not like this movie but its definetly a must watch owning to the fresh new story and the brilliant performance by the protagonists.

#shamitabh

Movie Reviews on Clint Eastwood's "AMERICAN SNIPER"

A well crafted action movie by the great Clint Eastwood...

It was a extremly 'even' movie. As nothing seemed overplayed. It has a well-balanced storyline. There are no wasted or unnecessary scenes in the movie. This film honors the life of the Late Chris Kyle in a very admirable way.

Despite the fact that he was the 'most lethal sniper in american history' the film doesn't show him as an invincible legend. But it shows him as a common man who joined the U.S. Army just to protect the soldiers. The most important thing in the movie was Bradley Cooper. He was phenomenal. He brilliantly potrayed the role of Chris Kyle in the movie. He delivers the best performance of his career.Rest of the cast also did really well especially sienna miller.

It was a heavy drama, with plenty of nail-bitting scenes both on and off battlefield. It wasn't a total warfare movie like The Hurt Locker. As this movie tries to take us to the ground zero of the battlefield but didn't suceed. The sound effects are awesome as we can hear the sound of every bullet fired.

I'll give this movie 8.5/10. It has 6 nominations for The Oscars and surely gonna win one. This movie is definetly a must watch.

Movie Review on Neeraj Pandey's "BABY"

Finally the bollywood has grown up.

After the brilliant movies like A Wednesday and Special 26, Neeraj Pandey has made an action thriller "MASTERPIECE". Its one of the best spy thriller ever made in india. It raised the bollywood's standards higher. It felt like this is a hollywood movie. It's one of those rarely made movies which leaves its mark on you.

It's a well written and a  brilliantly directed movie. It has a realistic storyline. The presentation couldn't be better. The cast did really well as no one is wasted. Akshay has proved him again and gave his best. The biggest merit of the movie is that it has no songs just a background music.

The movie has decent 1st half which contains drama and some brutal action sequences. But the 2nd half is complete knock out as it offers many nail-bitting moments. The last 40 minutes of the movie is so engaging that I couldn't remove my eyes from the screen.

It's a classic that shouldn't be missed. It's for those who thinks that only Hollywood can make good  action thrillers. Go watch this movie and u will not be dissappointed.

I'll give this movie 8.5/10 universally but as compared to bollywood movies it deserves 9.5/10. We got our first quality movie of 2015.

Movie Review on Shankar's "I"

It's more of Vikram's "I" than of Shankar's.

Shankar is known for his incredible, innovative, big-budget film-making. And he proved it again. After 2 years long making of this film Shankar had created "I" as a masterpiece. Shankar took indian cinema to the next level in terms of make-up and production design. We can clearly see Shakar's and his whole team's hardwork for making this movie.

It has strong storyline, heart melting songs, stunning visual effects and the most important thing "Vikram" in the lead. He gave full justice for his role as "lingesan". He gave his best and proved himself as one of the most versatile actor in india. Amy jackson also did really well. She just steals the show whenever she comes on the screen. Rest of the cast also did really well. Screenplay of the movie is truly incredible.

This movie also have some drawbacks. As its 3 hours long runtime may boor you. It has many scenes which you may think that they are unnecessarily added. Some songs in the movie are not at all needed.

I'll give shankar's as well as vikram's "I" - 7/10. This movie is a must watch for all and trust me you will not be disappointed.

Movie Review on Rajkumar Hirani's "PK"

WHAT A BRILLIANT MOVIE!!!

Its a outstanding movie. I never expected that it would be this good. Everything was perfect in the movie. All cast did really well but Aamir khan steals the show. Undoubtedly he has given one of the best performance of his career. Aamir khan will surely steal your heart by his performance. The storyline is awesome. Direction is brilliant after all its rajkumar hirani. "jo darr gaya vo mandir gaya" an awesome dialogue from the movie. Dialogues in the movie are also good.

This movie has every element that makes a it A MASTERPIECE. It's one of the finest movies that are ever made in Bollywood. The movie shows the versatility of Bollywood that it can also make a brilliant films. Storytelling in the movie is at its best. Everyone can easily understand this movie. It's a simple and sweet story without any complications.

Finally a movie in Bollywood to whom I can give 10/10 without any hesitation. I loved this movie a lot and it left its mark on me. I'm sure that everyone will love it. It gives a very POWERFUL message in a simple way.

At last I want to give a message that "Don't dial a wrong number always dial a right number" (watch this movie to understand this message);) :p

Movie Review on Peter Jackson's "THE HOBBIT- THE BATTLE OF THE FIVE ARMIES"

Being a huge fan of this series I was eagerly waiting for this movie. Since its 2nd installment arrived I had much expectations for this movie as its also the last movie in the series of Hobbit. And finally this much anticipated movie of 2014 arrived in India one week before US. I luckily watched first day first show of this movie in Imax 3D. The experience of watching this movie in Imax 3D is truly awesome.

The amazing series of 6 movies (including LOTR trilogy)that we never wanted to end has ended with this epic movie. It's a perfect end to an unforgettable journey of the middle earth. Peter Jackson had done it and gave a perfect end to the series. The movie is 10 times more than that I expected. Everything in the movie is perfect starting from the voice of Benedict Cumberbatch as Smaug to the jaw dropping battle of the five armies. The movie can be described in few words like- epic, brilliant, bold, emotional, awesome, jaw dropping etc...

It's truly a mythical and cinematic marvel by all means. It's an action oriented movie, there's a lot of action in the movie starting from the beginning till the end. The battle is undoubtedly the most deadly in the hobbit series. The special effects are the best in the trilogy. The 3d effects are also awesome. The whole cast did really well. I personally likes Legolas (Orlando bloom)the most. As he is my favourite character of this series. In this movie all the wow moments are reserved for him only. The movie has many emotional scenes and at last it left tears in my eyes.

I'll give this marvellous movie 9.5/10 and 10/10 to this unforgettable epic series. Lord Of The Rings-Return Of The king is still the best of Peter Jackson. I seriously want Peter Jackson to make more amazing trilogies like this. I recommend everyone to witness the epic end of this series. Even the non-hobbit fans will love this movie.
